A Divine Mercy Miracle
Aloha,
I wanted to share with you what I experienced on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 23, 2006. I belong to St. George Church in Waimanalo and was asked to lead our parish in the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Rosary at 4:00 on Divine Mercy Sunday this year. Jesus was exposed on the Altar during our adoration from 4:00 - 5:00pm. I don't remember exactly at what moment it happened but as I looked at Jesus in the Monstrance I saw his face....very clearly. His face looked as it was when St. Faustina saw Him in her vision. His face remained there until the very end of Benediction when it returned to the normal white Blessed Sacrament. I was astonished needless to say, but I remembered that I had prayed to St. Faustina asking her to help me during that special hour.
I thank God everyday that he allowed me to see Him and feel very blessed. He is truly present in the Eucharist.....Body, Soul and Divinity.

Congratulations on the Conference
Congratulations for a great job done on behalf of Jesus and Mary. Each time, the Convention is definitely getting better. The last speech by Fr. John Grigus really was powerful and not only explained historically, the religious development of Mercy of God but also made it personal and gave us the reality of an awesome God. more

A Mahalo (Thanks) Message from California
Christina, a former Hawaii resident who is now living in California emailed and requested that a group visit her dying sister-in-law Takane (who was transferred to the Kailua home of Hospice Hawaii from the mainland), and sing the Chaplet of Divine Mercy to her. The EADM prayer cenacle group from the Samoan Community responded to this request and visited Takane. The Divine Mercy connection and network of EADM Hawaii responded quickly and offered up prayers, consoling words and performed works of mercy. Christina expressed her thanks as she believed that all the prayers will help Takane to accept death with trust and grace.
From Christina:
"Mahalo for your emails, for caring, for your prayers, for your cenacle ministry and all the many things you do ... I was very impressed with your website and so excited about the Divine Mercy conference in 2008 which I would very much like to attend. God-incidences are such a blessing and I am so grateful for this one. Thank you also for the prayer suggestions and links - I read them and will go to St. Mary's tomorrow to pray the Chaplet during Eucharistic Adoration and as many times as I can elsewhere. Your novena and praying the Chaplet in the presense of the Jesus in Eucharistic Adoration and asking the rest of the group for special prayers means so much.
A Miracle with the Divine Mercy Image
The Lord speaks actively in the silence of our Adoration Chapel. A mechanic by trade, I spend many hours before the Blessed Sacrament. Many adorers suffered when the air conditioner (in the chapel) went out. No one could get it working. On Saturday Dec 22, 2007, I was in the chapel praying the Rosary and then praying the promises Jesus made to Saint Faustina and how she was happy in being aware of her misery because this awareness illuminated the perfection of God and the magnitude of how much he was ready to do for her. I read in her Diary 327, "I am offering people a vessel with which they are to keep coming for graces to the fountain of mercy. That vessel is HIS image with the signature: Jesus I trust in You." Aware of my misery, I touched the Divine Mercy image, asked for a miracle of mercy, and turned on the air conditioner switch. It came on. I fell to my knees and thanked Him. It still works to this day. 1 John 5:14-15 says "And we have this confidence in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask, we know that what we have asked him for is ours".

A Prayer Request And Consoling Words
I am requesting prayer for strength, confidence and awareness of God's direction and sustaining power and asking for immediate help from Him in my current situation. If I look down, I would fall, so I look up - the series of circumstances seem to be stacked like a row of walls blocking my progress. I accept the fact that some of these "walls" are situations that I could have avoided. Some I could have never seen coming...For each "wall" I ask this in prayer, that it become a "benign" situation and one that I can easily handle. I am asking for prayer in these key areas; continued physical health, open doors for direction on career and at my job, feeling of His love that I need so much right now. The other areas; I really need some immediate support form Him on; new housing, financial relief. Please agree with me in this prayer and thank you so much and I am thanking Him advance with you.
Scott
Dear Scott,
Keep the faith and don't lose hope. The trials and sufferings that are sent our way are for our own sanctification and salvation. God is ever so close to us especially when we suffer. St. Faustina wrote in her diary, that if angels were capable of envy, they would envy us (human beings) of two things - Holy Communion and sufferings. So continue asking and trusting in His Mercy. Please remember that God is so much in love with you, with all of us. In the end, all will be well, that is, what matters is that we have loved and that we get to heaven.
God bless you Scott and may The Divine Mercy cover you with His Rays of love and hope.

The Power of Intercessory Prayers - An Update from Scott After 3 Months
Tuesday, June 24, 2008
This is an update that I said I would be providing as appropriate…I feel very strong for the need to send this update to you and for myself and also;
1) Requesting an urgent prayer is not a frivolous act…I feel a sense of “duty” to share this with fellow believers to let you know how much I value these prayers.
2) It is faith building and just outright interesting to see how God chose to answer your prayers for me.
A little more than three months after this request, there have been many changes and challenges. The result of knowing implementing some trust and receiving His grace is pretty amazing.
Externally the changes are obvious with my circumstances; however the most important changes have taken place inside my mind, body and soul. I can tell you that I still need ongoing prayer as we all do, that is what a home church is for that I still need.
I asked for continued physical health; I have lost 20 lbs since this prayer request and now run about 10 /12 miles a week. I am getting off of pre-diabetic medication and lowering my blood pressure dosage through my doctor. Being dependent on medication is something that should only be a last resort for anyone, our society is very over medicated and most of the time when you start taking it, it only increases over the years creating toxicity.
I asked for the right doors to be opened for the right job; I received a contract job at the last minute and then was laid off (typical for contracting). I am now receiving unemployment benefits that I am very comfortable on. The excellent part; I have had some freedom with my time that is to be used wisely. In addition, I am moving out of the corporate world and going through a professional analysis of working in the non-profit sector which is where my heart is at. He has sent the right people into my life and continues to this facilitating to open my eyes to ideas that are actually pretty simple that will yield some great results.
I asked for new housing; I currently renting frugally in a beautiful area, I wake up to the pine trees that I need to see and am grateful each day for my surroundings. It’s not perfect, but meets my needs.
In sum, God answers prayers – there is power in prayer from other believers. When the logistics (open doors, and physical manifestations of his answers) that is when I need to assimilate His blessings in my life and that is when you enter the “flow” as I call it. It expands creating the mindset of gratitude and fearlessness, and is healing and creates strength and a pure power. In short, this has been the point that you get to rise above the problems that you were in and obtain new ones! Problems (challenges) are a sign of life, if you don’t have challenges, you don’t grow.
I have been hurt by my family a lot, however last night, I spoke with my sister whom I have not spoken with in over two years…I am using my frequent flyer miles to go see my two nephews and two nieces one of whom I have not met, she is only a year old.
I continue to ask for prayer; however the dire urgent situations are gone. I need His strength daily as we all do, to accomplish some monumentous deeds that He has placed in my heart.
God bless you and thank you for being there…In Him,
Scott

Blessed to Attend the Divine Mercy Congress in Rome
I like to share a blessing. This was before the World Congress of the Divine Mercy, in Rome. It was known in our place here in Davao City the upcoming of the world congress in Rome, during our prayer meeting of the Divine Mercy we were eager to listen to our friends plans about this big events. In my heart I really want to go but I for one cannot afford the expenses. But God has plans for me. A lady with a generous supported me for my trip and in fact I still have not seen her, we just meet thru internet, God is really good. And other thing was processing my passport I gave it all to the tour agents what was needed but because I lack some important documents about my citizenship, so they were having a hard time so I got my form and I was the one who worked on it. Every time I'm doing the processing I always pray my chaplet and the rosary for me to guide to whom would I meet the requirements, glad to say it took me only a few weeks to have my passport. I know Divine Mercy does not want me to let others do it for me. It should me to do the job. This is my humble way in sharing how I was able to witness the WACOM In ROME God bless us all.

Chaplet of Divine Mercy for the Dying
My husband was in hospice dying of liver failure. He was not Catholic. I am. He did not go to church but I know he believed in God and Jesus. I know he was a sinner and the only thing I could do for him during his last hours was to recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. At the moment he passed, he opened his eyes and looked above me as if he saw the most beautiful vision in the world. The thing that stands out the most is that his eyes were green but at that moment, they were crystal blue.

Chaplet of Divine Mercy Prevents Abortion
My Wife is pregnant, when we heard of it we wanted to abort. The Day she was about to consume the pills the doctor had given suddenly something inspired us to listen to the CD of the DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET. The Lord helped us realize our mistake and we destroyed the tablet and we want the child. In prayer we want the mercy and forgiveness of the Lord and a safe delivery of our child and the good health of my spouse.

"I Believe"
I was getting pain in the left side of my rib cage towards the back, it was there for more than 2 weeks, my husband was urging me to go to the doctor for a check-up. I just touched the rays on the picture of Divine Mercy and touched the painful area saying the "I Believe", pleading with Jesus to make me alright. I did this for a few days and I hereby testify that the pain is no more, it seems to have disappeared without a pain killer.

Healing from Our Lord
Healing…August 3rd, 2008 Randy Smith My name is Randy Smith and I have lived with my wife, Linda, for the last 25 years in Boulder, Colorado. I have suffered with chronic pain every minute of every day for a decade of so… it never leaves my side. There are many causes of my pain, however the worst, by far, is a disease named Pagets”. Because it causes my leg to fracture every couple of months I have become accustomed to walking on a broken leg. I have used a cane every day for more than seven years. About a year ago I awoke from sleep at 5:00 in the morning, yelling. I looked at my wife as I became aware that in my sleep my leg had broken itself! There is no way to defend against such a foe. Last August 3rd Linda and I were invited to sing some songs in honor of my good friend, Father Damien. The conference was held in the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs and was entitled “The Healing Hand of God”. So little did I understand of the meaning! We arrived on Saturday and checked in to the hotel and went join the others at the conference center. The grounds were expansive and required a lot of walking up and down stairs. That evening I twisted my leg and it broke. It was a bad one! When I woke Sunday morning I tried to get out of bed with great pain and with tears I said to my wife that I wasn’t sure I could even make it up on the stage to sing. By Gods’ grace we made it there. From the stage I remember saying to those who had gathered: Once I prayed… “Lord, my life is full of holes…I am broken and useless. Please heal me…that I may be used by You. His answered may surprise you as it did me. He said, ”Do you know how long it took for Me to break you ?” You see: “We have this treasure in earthen vessels … so we can be broken and poured out on others! This way, the glory is of God! We sang two songs that morning: “Makin’ Diamonds” and “Peasant Priest” And after the Mass, Father Peter from Poland (Fr. Piotr Prusakiewicz) looked out upon the people and offered that if there was anyone who needed healing or prayer they could come forward now and he would pray for them. Much to my amazment, my friend turned to me and said: “I am taking you down first!” I said “ok!” He took my hand and helped me down to a lower part of the stage. Father Peter walked up to me and anointed my head with oil and prayed for me in the name of Jesus! After praying for my wife also…he simply walked away. I felt nothing strange as I took my place again to sing. The three of us sang a couple of songs and when we stopped I looked at Linda and Siocci and said: “I have no pain in my leg!! I pointed to my cane that lay alone behind us unused! There was large projection screen behind us that was perhaps 50 to100 feet long. I walked behind the stage to one end of this veil. In the dark I heard (audibly or inside of me) a voice that said: “Walk to the other end!” So I began to walk…when I reached the other end I stood in the dark with a smile on my face. I heard “Walk back!” After doing so…I heard “Walk to the other end!” and then with joy I heard at the other end “walk back!”. I turned the corner to join my friends again and pointing at the veil I said to them, “I just walked that distance four time! My cane is here with you!” We went on singing for about another hour. I hadn’t let anyone else know yet! I was looking toward the crowd and saw a young Samoan man (Pete) running up the stairs toward me. He was pointing at me with a huge smile on his face and said, “Did God heal you? I am watching from down there and I know your leg is broken and you are not using your cane! Did God heal you?” I informed him that I didn’t know yet and that mostly I did not want to hurt any young believers faith if my pain returned soon. He called for father Peter. As Peter stood before me he saw my Father Damien metal and gently held it. While he rubbed it he said to me with a smile, “He’s your hero!” I said, “Yes, I know!” I had come only to sing for my good friend, Father Damien. (He visited me once in a vision.) I did not come to be healed…but I walked away carrying my cane! I have walked now for almost 1 year without using my cane once. (My wife does remind me that I used it once to scare off a raccoon!) Since my healing I have climbed down a 400 foot cliff in Hawaii to my favorite beach below …and back up! I have hiked to the bottom of the Waipio Valley ( a 1,000 foot/ 45 degree climb). I have walked the beaches of Florida looking for seashells. And I have gone to work each day without my cane. My disease is a matter of record! I have many friends and a church full of believers who can attest to my years of pain and continued use of my cane! But most of all, I stand before God each day and we take another step! In a few short days ( August 3rd) I will have been walking for two years without a cane. The MRI shows “no Paget’s Bone Disease”. Please enjoy songs entitled “Makin’ Diamonds” and “The Bells of Father Damien” at www. hulagram.net and feel free to contact us there. Randy Smith

Divine Mercy is my all in all He is my everything
I wanted to share the miracles of the Divine Mercy in my life. My names is Nwamadi John Paul Chika, and I come from Nigeria. I come from a very devout family and as a young man, I joined a seminary. After three years, though, my father my decided that I should leave it – there were four of us, one boy, which is me, and three girls, me being the only son in the family. And although I left the seminary, Jesus of the Divine Mercy had a great plan for me to serve him. It was back at home, in Nigeria, where I was first introduced to this devotion. In my home parish I joined a Divine Mercy prayer group. Three months later, my dad got a job after years of being unemployed. Needless to say, I was very happy - for me that meant that I could continue with my studies, and that there was a future for me. When the time came for me to write my entrance exams, I prayed to Jesus of the Divine Mercy, and Jesus heard my prayers: I did very well on exams – I got 6 excellent and 2 credits. But that was not all. Jesus had a great surprise for me - his plans are much better than what we can think of. To my great surprise, my uncle called and told me that I should go abroad to study. That is how I found myself in the Ukraine for my first year at Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics. I was the one who had introduced the chaplet of the Divine Mercy here in our parish Kharkov at St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. As students, every January we would hold our parish retreats, and during one such retreat I started talking to my fellow students about the Divine Mercy. Our priest asked me to give a talk about the devotion, which I did. The response was wonderful; many people fell in love with the devotion. The parish priest was also very happy with me, and he started calling me ‘Divine Mercy Man’. That is how the Divine Mercy prayer group was farmed in my parish. I was very happy and I thanked and praised God for all these miracles, but my happiness did not last long. Soon after I found myself in Ukraine, my uncle informed me that he would not be able to sponsor me. Since I did not have enough money, I was devastated. I felt totally confused and abandoned, with no idea what to do - whether to stay in Ukraine or go back to Nigeria. In all that confusion, all I could think of doing was turning to God and praying. So I just started praying the Novena to the Divine Mercy. That year God heard my prayers and favoured me with all the things I needed for school. I got a new laptop, shoes, clothes and so many, many things, including a gift that was worth about $5,000. Jesus himself sent people to help me at school and I was able to pay my fees without having to take up a job. I continued with school, and Jesus of the Divine Mercy continued working miracles in my life. I opened a Facebook account to spread the Divine Mercy on the Internet as well, and Jesus continued touching people. I remember one incident - I met one lady on Facebook who asked me to pray for her. She had seen my wall posts and all I had written about the Divine Mercy. I promised to pray for her and asked her what her problem was. She told me that she had been bleeding for four months now, and that the following night she was going to have a surgery. She told me she was scared and that she didn’t want to have that surgery. I assured her that Jesus of the Divine Mercy would heal her and I told her to have faith. I promised that I would fast for her and I asked to pray fervently that night. She went to hospital for the surgery. To her great surprise the doctor told her that there was nothing wrong with her, and that she did not need any surgery! She sent me a message that Jesus of the Divine Mercy had done this miracle for her; that Jesus had healed her! I would like to thank everyone who has helped me in this work. My godfather, who supports and prays for me. One special lady from the US who has become my spiritual mum - her name is Martha J. Kauffeld - there was a time when I told her that we, students in Ukraine, don’t have Divine Mercy prayers book. To my great surprise, she sent me prayers books- around 50 copies and that included the Diary of Saint Faustina. Just as Jesus told St Faustina, “Do whatever is within your power to spread the devotion to My Mercy and I will make up for what you lack. Tell aching mankind to struggle close to My Merciful Heart, and I will fill it with peace (Diary 1074)”. It is amazing how Jesus of the Divine Mercy is using people to help me spread the devotion to the Divine Mercy. Jesus grants me favours. He blesses me and my family, and anywhere I go he sends me people who help me. And my prayer is that I continue spreading the message of the Divine Mercy, and that I go through my life doing good to everyone. Jesus, I trust in your Mercy, Jesus, I trust in you, Unfailing Jesus, I trust in you, Miraculous Jesus, I trust in you, Divine Mercy in my soul - when I see Jesus I rejoice.... Thank You Jesus........... Divine Mercy is my all in all He is my everything I know is that Jesus will never fail me.. I love you Jesus...
